Cancellation by the User

Before the competition starts: You can cancel your participation in a competition as long as it is within the time frame specified on the competition page. The entry fee will be credited to your Ultra Fantasy Play account as a balance.

After the competition starts: Once the competition has begun, cancellations are no longer possible. The entry fee will not be refunded as the results depend on actual player performances.

Cancellation by Ultra Fantasy Play

• Minimum participants not reached: If the required number of participants for a competition is not met, Ultra Fantasy Play reserves the right to cancel the competition. In this case, the full entry fee will be refunded.
• Technical issues: In the event of unexpected technical disruptions or other circumstances that prevent fair play, the competition may be canceled. Entry fees will be refunded, and affected users will be notified promptly.
• Rule violations: If a competition must be terminated due to violations of our Fair Play Policy, we reserve the right to deny refunds.

Refund Policy

• Eligibility for refunds: Refunds are possible in the following cases:
  • Cancellation of the competition by Ultra Fantasy Play.
  • Cancellations by users before the competition starts.
  • Billing errors or payment issues.
• Refund method: Refunds will be credited to your Ultra Fantasy Play account as a balance. This balance can be used for future competitions or withdrawn according to our withdrawal policy.
• Non-refundable cases: Refunds are not available in the following situations:
  • Disqualification due to rule violations.
  • Losses incurred based on actual player performances in the competition.
  • Requests made after the competition has started or ended.

Withdrawing Account Balance

• Withdrawal request: You can request a withdrawal of your account balance once the minimum amount is reached. The withdrawal will be processed to the payment method linked to your account.
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3-5 business days. The actual duration depends on your payment provider.
• Withdrawal fees: Ultra Fantasy Play may charge a small fee for processing withdrawals. This will be transparently displayed before the withdrawal.
